The Smithsonian's Serpentine Garden

Aug. 3: The Mary Livingston Ripley Garden between the Hirschorn and the Arts & Industries Building on the Mall features raised beds along a serpentine walk. Capitol Hill's past president Pat Taylor volunteers in this garden. Bill took these photos while we were waiting for The Apartment at Screen on the Green.
